This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager. In this role, you will manage customer implementation projects, ensuring successful execution while collaborating with various teams. Your expertise in project management and knowledge of the digital forensics field will significantly impact overall customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading projects from inception to closure, facilitating communication, and adapting to changing circumstances. Fluency in English and German is essential for effective communication.

Accountabilities

  • Work with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through to closure while managing deliverables and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and adapt them as necessary.
  • Manage risks and issues with effective strategies and mitigations.
  • Monitor and communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration and communication among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Support pre-sales activities by defining solutions and creating proposals.
  • Provide ongoing communication and updates on project objectives.
  • Assist with management of internal team projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience in full cycle software implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering large scale IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven problem solving skills and results-driven approach.
  • Customer-focused with accountability attribution.
  • Solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience in identifying process improvements within project management methodologies.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Eligibility for security clearance if required.
