Role Description
The Estimator III role at CROM involves preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing bid specifications and drawings, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project proposals. Key responsibilities include evaluating project requirements, performing quantity takeoffs, researching material and labor costs, and maintaining a database of cost information to ensure competitive and precise bids. This is a full-time, on-site position located in West Palm Beach, FL, requiring close collaboration with the project management and engineering teams to support successful project delivery.
