Job Description

Day to day:

Our client is seeking a Test Technician, to play a key role in ensuring products meet quality standards and perform as intended. Your day-to-day work will involve monitoring, assembling, and refining products to eliminate defects. Using specialized equipment and established test procedures, you’ll conduct thorough evaluations to verify functionality and reliability. Collaboration is essential—you’ll work closely with fellow technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and maintain high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and repair of test fixtures for all test stations.
• Assist Test Engineers with setting up test areas and methods.
• Interpret schematics, logic drawings, test procedures, prints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
• Write or assist in writing new test procedures.
• Prepare verbal or written reports on tests and work performed.
• Train manufacturing operators on tester operation.
• Maintain all tester equipment on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Excel; experience with automated testing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Linux command-line operations.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel for documenting test progress and managing material application/return.
• Ability to lift systems up to 50 lbs and assist with moving trays and racks.
• Willingness and availability to work weekend shifts as needed

Shifts Types:

Day shift: 7am- 3:30pm

Swing shift: 3:15pm- 11:45am (10% differential)
