Summary
Under limited supervision, participates in the assembling and shipping of outgoing material. Receives purchased material from suppliers and routes to drop off locations throughout the company.
Duties And Skills
prepares and maintains shipping records
makes up bills of lading and posts weight and shipping charges
requires excellent knowledge of shipping/receiving operations, processes and procedures
must be familiar with Agile, RMA data base, FRR spreadsheets and all UPS and Federal Express programs
uses computer to enter data into SAP, FRR database, FRR spreadsheet and all shipping applications
Physical Requirements
may be required to lift standard industry weight of 50 pounds
Education And Experience
requires High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years experience in receiving and shipping large crated capital equipment machines
will be required to have back test at medical clinic
will be required to attend fork truck training class
