Pay: Up to $30 an hour, W2

Location: 100% on site in TX-Carrollton 75010

Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the department management and staff with recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will coordinate and support candidate interview scheduling, communication with hiring managers, and new hire pre-boarding.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the department management and staff with recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will coordinate and support candidate interview scheduling, communication with hiring managers, and new hire pre-boarding.

  • Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in all aspects of recruitment including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and collecting interview feedback.
  • Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding interview schedules, provide them with necessary information, and ensure internal and external customers have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, ensuring documents such as employment applications are fully completed for background checks, and coordinate new hire orientations.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other talent sources to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively by email and phone with internal and external customers
  • Experience in ATS systems such as iCIMS and Ultipro
  • Knowledge of recruiting coordinator commonly-used practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills
