Job Description

About the Role : : We are looking for a motivated intern to join our design team and support the development of Design for Test (DFT) strategies for mixed-signal IP blocks. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced engineers to learn about DFT concepts, assist in test development, and gain hands-on experience in mixed-signal IP design and verification.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and implementing DFT techniques for mixed-signal IP blocks under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the team in scan insertion, test point insertion, and test enablement activities.
• Help with DFT verification tasks, such as running ATPG tools, basic fault simulation, and coverage analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with analog, digital, and verification engineers.
• Document your work and contribute to DFT design and test procedure documentation.
• Stay curious and learn about industry trends and best practices in mixed-signal DFT.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and graduating between Dec 2026 and Dec 2027.
• Basic understanding of digital design concepts.
• Interest in learning about DFT concepts such as scan, JTAG, and test point insertion.
• Some experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, or Tcl) is helpful but not required.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Coursework or project experience in DFT & digital design.
• Exposure to EDA tools (such as simulation or synthesis tools) is a plus.
• Interest in working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with at least one hardware description language (Verilog or VHDL) is a plus.
