Attract diverse top talent and ensure lasting and successful placements. Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for physician and APP recruitment.
  • Manage recruitment assignments and keep leadership informed of market trends and retention insights.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, specialty advertising, outreach campaigns, and residency program engagement.
  • Optimize search tool usage to refine candidate sourcing abilities.
  • Collect and document candidate data and all communication in Bullhorn ATS
  • Establish hiring goals including time frames and deliverables and present to clients
  • Maintain strong communication with physicians, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate and consult with hiring managers.
  • Develop strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Employ effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years working directly with physician or executive leadership.
  • 1–3 years of healthcare recruitment experience, ideally focused on physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Bullhorn is a plus, and recruiting software, search tools and job boards.
  • Deliver consistent high-quality results.
  • Be organized, conscientious and focused.
  • Use time and resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate smoothly.
  • Communicate in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Demonstrate Tal Healthcare citizenship behaviors.
