Position Summary

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by preparing and tracking estimates, managing client follow-ups, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate the needs of both clients and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format accurate cost estimates and proposals.
  • Follow up with clients via phone, email, or CRM to ensure timely responses and conversions.
  • Maintain and update sales tracking systems, spreadsheets, and client databases.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, estimating, and project management teams.
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings and service calls.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives such as email campaigns, client outreach, and proposal packages.
  • Provide administrative support for contract preparation, client onboarding, and document control.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.

Desired Work Experience

  • Administrative Assistant – experience supporting business operations, scheduling, or client communication.
  • Mortgage Processor – or similar experience managing detailed files, verifying data, and ensuring compliance, which translates well to handling estimates and client documentation.
  • Experience in  sales support, real estate, or construction industries preferred but not required.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience considered.
