Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments , nursing diagnoses, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practice
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical standards
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes or emergencies
• Coordinate and document care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Support performance improvement, quality, and patient safety initiatives
• Participate in shared governance and professional nursing practice activities
• Complete required competencies, mandatory education, and professional development
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor when needed
• Support efficient and effective use of human and material resources
• Comply with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must Have Skills ;
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to deliver evidence-based nursing care
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and healthcare technology
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural/clinical environment
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a calm, decisive, and professional manner
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
