Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities;

• Deliver safe, high-quality acute care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
• Provide patient- and family-centered care, education, and support
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patient safety initiatives, quality improvement, and compliance standards
• Participate in professional development, education, and competency requirements
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor as needed and support team-based care delivery

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active RN license (GA State or Compact)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Recent acute care RN experience required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
• BLS required; ACLS preferred or obtainable upon hire
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
