Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Salary: $85,000 - 120,000 base + 20% bonus

Position Overview:

We are working with a growing real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, management, and repositioning of multifamily and commercial assets nationwide. They are seeking a Paralegal to join their Legal team. You will work closely with in-house counsel, asset management, acquisitions, and operations teams to support a broad range of real estate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions , including preparing closing checklists and coordinating deliverables
• Coordinate entity formation , maintain corporate records, and manage annual filings
• Conduct property-level due diligence , including title, survey, zoning, and vendor contract review
• Manage document preparation and execution via DocuSign or similar tools
• Provide general administrative support for legal and transactions functions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate , transactional law , or property management
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification (preferred but not required)
