About the Opportunity:
• We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Operations Manager to serve as the backbone of a busy real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and takes pride in delivering a high-touch client experience.
• You’ll play a key role in ensuring transactions run smoothly from listing to closing while also supporting day-to-day operations, systems, and team coordination.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing.
• Track deadlines, coordinate inspections, appraisals, title/escrow, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare listing materials, CMAs, contracts, and representation agreements.
• Coordinate vendors for pre-listing activities such as inspections, staging, photography, and cleaning.
• Serve as a central point of contact for clients, agents, vendors, and partners, providing consistent updates and guidance.
• Oversee CRM activity, client records, and reporting to support lead management and follow-up.
• Support marketing efforts, including listings, events, email campaigns, social media, and printed materials.
• Manage calendars, meetings, email correspondence, and internal workflows to keep operations running smoothly.
• Assist with commission processing, vendor payments, and general operational tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of administrative or operations experience, ideally within real estate or a related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems; strong skills in Google Workspace and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, service-oriented mindset with strong accountability and initiative.
• Real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work on-site full time.
