Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Level Two to join our dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly under the guidance of Dr. Dinar Sajan , collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals who are deeply committed to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations , including triage and utilization review, for both acute and chronic psychiatric conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practice.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications , adjusting dosages as necessary and monitoring treatment efficacy.
• Perform initial and follow-up patient evaluations , ensuring continuity of care and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive, multidisciplinary approach .
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, wellness, and lifestyle strategies for mental health improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (EClinicalWorks preferred).
• Report directly to Dr. Sajan regarding patient progress, treatment outcomes, and any complex clinical concerns.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active PMHNP certification and current licensure in the State of Florida (required)
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (required)
• Experience in utilization review and case management
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic techniques , psychopharmacology , and behavioral health care
• Exceptional communication , clinical judgment , and collaborative skills
• EMR proficiency (EClinicalWorks preferred)

Training & Onboarding

• Must be available for in-person training at our headquarters in Oldsmar, FL .

• Competitive Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 annually
