Title: Primary Care Physician (MD/DO – Family, Internal or Geriatrics) | Outpatient | Mon–Fri | No Nights

Locations: Jacksonville, Florida

Compensation: $200,000–$270,000 base

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient Only

The organization empowers doctors to focus on prevention, relationships, and measurable outcomes-not RVUs or high-volume quotas. We are currently hiring Primary Care Physician’s across Florida . With clinic locations in the following Florida Cities: Jacksonville, Tampa, Broward, Fort Myers, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Lakeland, and Orlando, FL.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a Primary Care Physician for senior patients (Medicare Advantage).
• Provide preventive, chronic, and relationship-based care with an average of 18–22 patients per day.
• Work with a full support team: including an RN, Medical Assistant, and Care Coordinator.
• Collaborate with specialists and hospitalists to improve outcomes and reduce hospitalizations.
• Engage patients through health coaching, education, and ongoing care coordination.

Who We’re Looking For

• MD or DO in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Preventive Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active or eligible for Florida medical license (ME/DO)
• DEA license (Schedule II–V)
• Compassionate, outcomes-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-supported setting
