Additional Compensation Details - $23/hour or more depending on experience.
- Potential 90-day performance-based raise.
- Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.
Job Description Schedule: Typical dispatch times are between 12 AM and 4 AM
The Role: You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Portland Metro area.
Essential Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To - Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries
- Load and unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery
- Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers
- Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues
- Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment
- Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate
- All other duties as requested or assigned
Qualifications - Be 23 yrs. or older
- 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred
- Valid drivers license and medical card Interstate qualification, registered
- Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift
- Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English Satisfactory driving record
