Job Description

Seeking an experienced maintenance professional for a full-time, direct hire, permanent position with small manufacturing operation in Chandler, AZ. This is a full-time, direct hire, permanent position.

Approximately 50 hours per week, day shift, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in facility or equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Welding experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize equipment downtime and ensure production continuity.
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
