$1.00/hour evening shift differential

We’re looking for a caring, reliable Med Tech who takes pride in providing quality care and who enjoys working in a warm, team-oriented environment where residents are treated like family.
Current Med Tech Certification to administer medications in a Pennsylvania Personal Care Home is required.
High School Diploma and CPR certification
Previous experience in personal care or assisted living preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person with a compassionate heart and strong work ethic!
Provide personal care to residents according to their individualized care plans (RASP).
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meals, ambulation, and more—with patience and respect.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per physician’s orders.
Help foster a warm, engaging, and clean environment for our residents.
Communicate changes in residents’ conditions promptly to nursing leadership.
Support dining service, activities, and resident engagement as needed.
Follow all Fairmount policies, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.
Serve as a positive ambassador of Fairmount’s mission and values in all you do.

The ability to work as part of a caring and dependable team.
Strong communication skills and a calm, compassionate demeanor—even in challenging moments.
Physical ability to assist residents safely and perform job duties.
