Our client is a rapidly scaling AI startup operating at $1M+ ARR per employee, building the next generation of real-time voice automation. They’re now hiring exceptionally talented (Doesn't matter the years of experience) ML Engineer to help push the boundaries of speech, audio, and LLM-driven systems.

The environment is fast-paced, deeply technical, and highly collaborative, with 80%+ onsite time expected. They’re looking for engineers with strong academic foundations and demonstrated technical excellence (advanced degrees or standout research/engineering experience), plus hands-on experience shipping ML systems in demanding environments.
