Opportunity Overview

POP MART is seeking a TikTok Shop Livestream Operations Lead to oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance of our livestream operations in the Americas. This role is responsible for driving creative direction, coordinating show strategy, optimizing audience engagement, and ensuring seamless operational delivery across all livestream sessions for POP MART Americas.

What You Will Achieve

  • Own each livestream end-to-end — taking full responsibility for show performance and partnering with the GM to build the production team from the ground up.
  • Schedule livestreams (including prep sessions, rehearsals, and post-show regroups), build rundowns with HQ social e-commerce teams and vendors/agencies, write show scripts, define creative direction during live sessions, direct hosts and camera crews, and manage full end-to-end production.
  • Lead the production team to develop product strategies for each show, including product demonstrations, creative brainstorming, and recommendations on set design and decoration.
  • Optimize livestream performance by using platform metrics to evaluate audience engagement during and after each session — including product-level performance and overall session effectiveness — and drive improvements for future shows.
  • Provide actionable insights on engagement trends, top-performing products, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Oversee the entire livestream operations workflow and drive continuous process and performance improvements.

What You Will Need

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks quickly on their feet, and is highly solution-oriented, with a strong understanding of TikTok Shop and the designer-toy industry.
  • 5–10 years of experience as a team leader or people manager.
  • Deep expertise in TikTok Shop livestreaming, audience engagement tactics, and the broader social commerce ecosystem.
  • Extensive knowledge of the designer toy category and a passion for designer toys and IP-driven storytelling.
  • Proven ability to keep audiences engaged while managing multiple conversations and troubleshooting in real time.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience crafting clear, engaging, and concise content.
  • Strong ability to track, analyze, and interpret performance data, and turn insights into meaningful improvements for future livestreams.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously — especially under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to independently identify improvement opportunities without extensive direction.
