HVAC Service Technician - Oil & Propane Heating

Location: Bristol, NH

Pay: Starting at $30 - $35+/hr. , depending on experience

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

Type: Direct Hire

Position Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair oil and propane heating systems for both residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is a reliable professional who works well independently, takes pride in their work, and is committed to safety and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of oil and propane heating equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers, maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts, and work performed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet company goals and deliver top-quality service.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with technology and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience servicing oil and/or propane heating systems (residential or commercial).
• Valid driver's license: HAZMAT endorsement and Propane License strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support others.
