Executive Assistant – Boston, MA

About the Role:

A premier organization in the construction industry is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a top-tier executive team, providing strategic administrative support and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Position Details:

• Compensation: 105,000-120,000
• Location: 100% onsite, with parking available
• Experience: 5+ years of Executive-level support experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Handle confidential communications and correspondence with discretion.
• Coordinate travel logistics and event planning as needed.
• Work collaboratively within a team of Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• C-Suite support experience required; CEO support experience strongly preferred.
• Highly professional, poised, and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must demonstrate stability in previous roles; frequent job changes may not be a fit.
