Director of Buying & Merchandising
Location: West Palm Beach, FL

We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Director of Buying & Merchandising to join a leading retail brand in the luxury/apparel space. This is a unique opportunity to shape product assortments, drive sales, and lead a high-performing merchandising team in a dynamic and growing market.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity across all channels.

• Lead the buying process, including assortment planning, vendor negotiations, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management.

• Analyze trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to make informed buying decisions.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment across the business.

• Mentor and manage a team of buyers and planners, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.

• Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and performance metrics to optimize business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of progressive buying and merchandising experience in apparel, footwear, or luxury retail.

• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide merchandising and inventory decisions.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
