Job Summary:
Power of Fitness is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain member and operational data. This role supports daily gym operations by ensuring all information is organized, current, and error-free. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, efficient, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain member information in digital databases and software systems.

  • Verify the accuracy of data before inputting and after entry to ensure completeness.

  • Process membership details, billing updates, class schedules, and attendance records.

  • Organize digital files and ensure proper documentation for gym operations.

  • Assist with generating simple reports and summaries as needed by management.

  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive member information.

  • Communicate with team members to clarify missing or incomplete data.

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with computers, data entry tools, and basic office software.

  • Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
