Job Description

Legacy Capital Services is proud to provide essential administrative support to a rapidly expanding national consumer rights law firm dedicated to helping Americans achieve financial freedom from burdensome credit card debt, medical bills, auto loans, timeshares, and more. Consumer demand is at an all-time high. Unlike traditional debt relief options like settlement, collections, or bankruptcy, the consumer rights attorneys offer a unique and specialized service, disputing clients’ debts and helping them take control of their financial futures. The Corporate Trainer position will be responsible for all training across multiple departments including new hire training, client care training, enrollment process training, and continuous refresher training. They will be responsible for maintaining training manuals and all training materials. This position will also be responsible for all testing throughout training and refresher training. This position will be responsible for coordinating all new procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions covering systems, inbound customer service calls, queues, and processing functions.
  • Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals. Develop engaging training materials using various media formats.
  • Provide ongoing training for new procedures across departments. Deliver individualized coaching to address performance gaps.
  • Partner with department managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training manuals and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect process changes. Ensure internal knowledge databases remain current.
  • Perform audits on contact center operations, including call monitoring, email and mail correspondence, and data entry accuracy.
  • Assess training effectiveness, recommend improvements, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal results.
  • Complete other tasks assigned to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or college degree required.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in training or a similar role.
  • Strong facilitation skills in classroom and virtual settings.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to meet departmental performance standards.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
