As a Construction Laborer on our Mitigation Team, you will be part of the damage response team, providing hands-on help to get homes back to clean, safe, and dry. We are primarily looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to serve others, all while solving problems in physically demanding situations.

What would I be doing?

As a Restoration Technician, otherwise known as a Mitigation Technician, you will provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services to people who have suffered property damage and value an excellent service experience. You will be responsible to...

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
• Carry and set up equipment
• Demolish damaged parts of the house
• Clean the house when finished
• Other duties may be assigned

What does compensation and benefits look like?

• Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$22 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
