Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for commercial clients across the Houston metro area. This is a hands-on role for a motivated, dependable technician who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Replace faulty or worn components as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff
• Accurately complete and submit daily service reports
• Travel to job sites across the Greater Houston Area
• Work independently to manage assigned service calls and workload
• Adhere to all safety standards and company protocols
• Remain flexible for occasional weekend work and on-call shifts

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Active TDLR HVAC license
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
