Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team full-time on-site in Philadelphia, PA. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks across multiple construction projects, including framing, finish carpentry, and the proficient use of power and hand tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring that all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven carpentry and framing skills with hands-on experience
  • Proficiency in operating both power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Expertise in finish carpentry with strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and construction plans
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrated reliability and independence in completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Relevant certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in Carpentry is highly desirable
