About This Role

The Caregiver Success Manager (CSM) leads the full caregiver lifecycle: recruiting / onboarding support, teaching, mentoring, field coaching, and building strong relationships with caregivers and clients.

This role directly impacts caregiver retention, client satisfaction, and the overall culture of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct New Client Assessments to understand care needs and recommend the best caregiver match

Provide field-based support, training, and mentorship

Conduct caregiver–client introductions to build trust from day one

Hold ongoing coaching conversations with caregivers

Promote caregiver engagement, culture, and recognition

Partner with staffing and client acquisition

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and documentation

• Home care or healthcare experience is helpful but not required if you have strong leadership, coaching, or people-focused experience.

Location & Hours

• Based in Tampa, FL
• Monday–Friday, with occasional caregiver support needs after hours
• Hybrid opportunities available after 90 days
