Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Livermore, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Our client, a well-established company in Livermore, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of accounting or AP experience who's looking to further develop their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for verification.
Review and code invoices to the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized AP records and ensure proper documentation for audits.
Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
Communicate professionally with internal departments and vendors regarding payment inquiries.
1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
Working knowledge of MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
